Mini Bar Attendant

Job Description:

Provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay. Stock the mini-bar cart with the necessary items to maintain the par level daily.

Duties, responsibilities, and expectations:

*Inventorying each room where there is activity every day.

*Maintain the cleanliness of bars.

*Stock mini bar carts according to daily fill requirements

*Keep mini bar storeroom neat and organized.

*Replenish used items in mini bars.

*Accurate reporting of mistakenly charged items on guest folio.

*Inspect and restock guest room Service Bars according to established standards.

*Ensure that all in-room accessories and promotional materials are in place.

*Maintain an adequate stock of products on the Servicer and replenish the cart at the end of the day.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year bartending experience in a high volume bar
  
• At least 19 years of age
  
• Basic computer skills, prior Micros experience a plus
  
• Experience as a bartender in a reputable business location
  
• Must be able to speak, read and write English and have basic food/beverage knowledge
  
• Food Handlers and TIPS cards required
• High school diploma or GED
