We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our hotel rooms, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring that they are always well-stocked and presentable
Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Dust and polish furniture
Empty trash and recycling bins
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
