We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities at the front desk of our company.


  • Supervise and lead a team of front desk staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, guest services, and telephone etiquette.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
  • Assist with guest reservations, room assignments, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of office supplies and guest amenities, placing orders as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of front desk procedures and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front desk operations and customer service.


  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including reservation and property management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
