  The Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the efficient operations of the Finance department, with particular emphasis on payroll management, reconciliations, and tax reporting, reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager will also compile necessary financial reports in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

• Director of Revenue Management (Revenue Management)

  Overview:The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the hotel.  In today’s lodging environment, understanding channel and yield management is critical for maximizing revenues. The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and for overseeing their successful execution towards the advancement of RevPAR market share. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group. One will combine this with catering and space utilization as well as other revenue considerations to determine the appropriate mix of business to achieve revenue potentials every day of every year.   The candidate will be able to lead and be a resourceful team member that can personally do all aspects of the job.

This position details all wedding/social functions, and some corporate functions.II. Job Responsibilities Guest Management* Exemplify the level of guest service that is expected of all employees.* Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner. * Coordinate all group requests and needs.* Handle any guest complaints in a timely manner, maintaining a positive impression with the guest on resolving any complaints. * Document and organize detailed requirements of each function.
