  Under the direction of the Director of Restaurants & Bars, the Bar & Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of Benne’s Dessert Bar by Peninsula Grill to achieve guest satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with company policies while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

• Barista (Food & Beverage)

  Job Summary: Will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers in Benne’s. The Barista will also help take orders, make drinks and provide timely service to customers.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  JOB SUMMARY: Provides customized beverage service to guests at the Peninsula Grill in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in compliance with Forbes and brand standards. On a average you can earn $4.00-$7.00 in tips hourly

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Job Summary: The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in an upscale restaurant setting. The successful candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Job Summary: Maintains the kitchen, dish washing room and employee break room in a clean, sanitary and organized condition by performing a variety of cleaning job duties.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Job Summary: Provides professional, attentive, and efficient service to guests throughout the entire check-in and check-out process in order to exceed guests' expectations.

• Host / Hostess (Food & Beverage)

  Job Summary: Warmly greets guests to Peninsula Grill Restaurant to ensure a welcoming and inviting environment for guests to dine. Seats guests, establishes rapport, and assists with restaurant service during busy periods. Follows all Forbes and brand standards.

• Hotel Maintenance Tech (Engineering/Maintenance)

  JOB SUMMARY: Performs general maintenance work of the hotel and grounds to ensure maintenance quality and safety standards are met. Completes work orders and performs preventative maintenance assignments.

• Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  Job Summary: Cleans hotel guest rooms and/ or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction at Planters Inn.  

• Manager on Duty (General Manager)

  We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hotel Manager on Duty to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests receive excellent customer service and that all departments are functioning smoothly.

• Night Audit (Guest Services)

  Provides professional, attentive and efficient service to guests throughout the entire check-in and check-out process in order to exceed guests' expectations. This position works the overnight shift. Full Time or Part Time shifts are available.
