The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring the Housekeeping Department operates efficiently and that all team members provide all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels. While on-property, this AD is the leader of the Housekeeping Department, second to the Director of Housekeeping. Team Members (including Supervisors) report to this 2-person management team. The shifts will include covering the two days off for the Director of Housekeeping, and the PM shifts when the Director of Housekeeping has worked the morning shifts.
This position will be a direct support for the Food - Beverage team ensuring proper practices and techniques to maintain high levels of health and sanitation. This position must develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; speak with others using clear and professional language; complete safety training and certifications for the department; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets; ensure adherence to quality expectations and standard; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Spa Coordinator is a critical link to client satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, setting appointments, processing check-ins and check-outs, anticipating client needs and meeting or exceeding those needs, responding to and resolving guest and client inquires and complaints. This person should be very comfortable interacting with guests and potential clients in a highly professional manner.
