• Lobby Attendant (Housekeeping)

• Hair Stylist (Spa)

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a range of hairstyling techniques, demonstrate excellent customer service, and have a passion for staying current with industry trends.

• Spa Attendant (Spa)

  The Spa Attendant is responsible for enhancing the guest experience throughout the guest visit to the spa. The attendant will:

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Often the first and last contact for our guests, the front desk agent is a critical link to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing registration and check-out, anticipating guest needs and meeting or exceeding those needs, responding to and resolving guest inquires and complaints, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guests feel well-cared for and valued. This person should be very comfortable interacting with guests and potential clients in a highly professional manner.

• Loss & Prevention Security Officer (Security)

  Reporting to the Director of Security, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  JOB SUMMARY: Performs general maintenance work of the Hotel, Lodge, and grounds to ensure maintenance quality and safety standards are met. Completes work orders and performs preventative maintenance assignments.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Supports the Director of Housekeeping in supervising housekeeping operations to include rooms, public areas, and back of the house areas to achieve and maintain the hotel’s high standard of cleanliness with the day-to-day activities in the housekeeping and laundry departments. Ensure guests of the hotel are treated fairly and consistently in a timely manner, receiving high quality, personalized service.

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  JOB SUMMARY: Prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Maintains the kitchen, dish-washing room and employee break room in a clean, sanitary and organized condition by performing a variety of cleaning job duties.

• Bell Attendant (Guest Services)

  JOB SUMMARY:The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte welcomes guests with gracious service, elegant accommodations and abundant amenities. The Bell Attendant will assist guests by providing transportation, carrying baggage and disseminating information to achieve guest satisfaction, quality service and compliance with company, franchise and Forbes standards.
