Job Summary

As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for creating job postings, attending job fairs and utilizing various digital platforms to source talented candidates. You will use an applicant tracking system to follow them through the entire process as well as HRIS software to aid with onboarding management.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with various departments to assess staffing needs.
  • Work with department heads to define qualifications for vacancy
  • Draft and post job listings on digital recruitment platforms.
  • Attend job fairs to recruit talent in person.
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the interview process.
  • Forward suitable candidates to department heads,
  • Help Candidates apply and set up interviews.
  • Utilize various outreach methods to create a talent pool. 
  • Onboard applicants.

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s in Human Resources management preferred.
  • Bi-lingual language skills preferred

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong Communication and Networking skills
  • Computer and social media proficiency
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate office equipment.
