Department: Food & Beverage  

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:  

As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, the Restaurant Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Operations Management:  
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control. 
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations. 
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. 
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally. 
  • Team Leadership:
  • Train restaurant staff. 
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service. 
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions. 
  • Guest Experience:  
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. 
  • Assist with seating and table management. 
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take steps to improve service. 
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently. 
  • Financial Management:  
  • Control costs and maximize revenue. 
  • Monitor and manage labor costs. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role. 
  • Strong leadership and management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Food Handler's Certification (required). 
  • TIPS Certification (preferred).
