Location: Pierre's Restaurant, Mile Marker 81.6, Islamorada, Florida Keys
Job Overview: Join the culinary team at Pierre's Restaurant and be a part of our commitment to excellence. We're looking for cooks who are passionate about food and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to understand and communicate in English
- Follow specific instructions for food preparation.
- Mentor and set example for less experienced Cooks
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness to meet Board of Health standards.
- Consistently aim for perfection in food presentation and waste management.
- Always present a clean, professional appearance.
- Uphold a friendly, courteous demeanor.
- Effectively handle work pressure.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of cooking experience in an upscale restaurant environment
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Culinary degree is advantageous.
- Good reading and English communication skills.
- High school degree or GED preferred.
