Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. This role will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, including developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Create and execute effective sales plans and forecasts.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely payments.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Manage and optimize sales budgets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
