Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Identify and address any issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Monitor usage and order supplies as needed.
- Guest Satisfaction:
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve guest issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare reports on labor costs, supplies, and maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
