Job Overview:
The Bartender plays a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.

Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and measurements.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and popular cocktails.
- Stock and maintain bar inventory.
- Ensure proper liquor pouring and portion control.
- Cash Handling:
- Accurately process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, including age verification.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Follow safety and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid alcohol serving certification (if required by local regulations).
