As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Planters Inn, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall comfort of our guest rooms. Your attention to detail, dedication, and commitment to providing a welcoming and inviting atmosphere are essential to the success of our property.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet our high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
• Ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized and disinfected.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
