The Director of Outlets is responsible for overseeing and managing all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. This role requires a strong understanding of culinary operations, financial management, and guest service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry and be passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management:
• Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts for all outlets.
• Monitor and control labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee inventory control and purchasing procedures.
• Operations Management:
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of culinary and service staff.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all food and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
• Guest Experience:
• Foster a culture of exceptional guest service.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food and beverage outlets.
• Menu Development:
• Work with the culinary team to develop innovative and appealing menus.
• Stay up-to-date on current food trends and industry best practices.
• Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
