Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, to meet the diverse needs and preferences of spa guests.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guests' desired outcomes and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling to offer modern and innovative services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable salon experience.
• Collaborate with the spa team to create seamless and integrated wellness experiences for guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon space, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license in North Carolina.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, preferably in a luxury spa or upscale salon setting.
• Strong proficiency in various hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
