Job Description

At the Ballantyne Spa, we pride ourselves on providing a luxurious and relaxing experience for our clients. Our dedicated team is passionate about wellness and beauty, and we are looking for a talented Nail Technician to join us in delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends and techniques in nail care and design.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized consultations.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid state cosmetology or nail technician license.
• Previous experience in a spa or salon setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for nail artistry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions: 

• May be required to work nights.  
• Will be required to work weekends and holidays.  
• May be asked to work overtime.
