Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:
As a Server you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Guest Service:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner.
- Operations:
- Set up and maintain dining areas, including table settings and cleanliness.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.
- Assist with side work tasks, such as cleaning, stocking, and preparing beverages.
- Teamwork:
- Work effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and bartenders.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
