Department: Spa
Reports To: Spa Manager

Job Overview:
As a Spa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and serene environment for our spa guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the spa facilities are pristine and well-stocked, contributing to an exceptional spa experience.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
o Clean and sanitize spa facilities, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets and storage areas.

o Restock supplies as needed, including towels, robes, linens, and toiletries.
o Assist with laundry duties, ensuring spa linens are clean and properly folded.
Guest Service:
o Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.

o Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns promptly.
o Assist guests with inquiries and requests, such as locker usage, towel service, and product recommendations.
Scheduling and Logistics:
o Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed.

o Ensure smooth transitions between treatments by preparing rooms and restocking supplies.
Additional Duties:
o Assist with retail sales of spa products.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.
