Pool Bartender

Job Overview:

The Bartender plays a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.

Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

o Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

o Take accurate drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.

o Serve beverages promptly and efficiently.

o Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

o Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Beverage Preparation:

o Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and measurements.

o Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and popular cocktails.

o Stock and maintain bar inventory.

o Ensure proper liquor pouring and portion control.

Cash Handling:

o Accurately process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.

o Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.

Compliance:

o Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, including age verification.

o Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

o Follow safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid alcohol serving certification (if required by local regulations).
