Job Overview:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our guests. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
o Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
o Adhere to standardized recipes and ensure consistent quality.

o Maintain knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and beverage trends.
Customer Service:
o Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
o Take accurate orders and provide recommendations.

o Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Food Preparation:
o Prepare light food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
o Maintain food quality and presentation standards.

Equipment Maintenance:
o Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
o Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Inventory Management:

o Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
o Assist with receiving and storing inventory.
